The former Ohio player was falsely accused of missing out on goals at the PSU

Former Ohio State location checker Sean Nuernberger hasn’t exactly kicked a single ball for Buckeyes since 2018. However, that hasn’t stopped his inbox from being flooded with disparaging comments.

Nuernberger shared posts on Twitter Saturday night after Buckeyes destroyed Penn State. We will not be sharing the tweet due to the less elegant language used, however, you can find it quite easily by visiting Nuernberger’s Twitter account. Be warned, it is insulting.

The direct messages appear to be coming to Nuernberger’s Instagram account from two different people who seem to have a gambling problem. They went on to call the former kicker by many annoying names as he missed a few goals on Saturday night̵

7;s game and would cost them some winnings.

Nuernberger decided not to respond directly to opponents and instead became famous on the internet by posting screenshots of the message with a comment like this:

Nuernberger tweeted: “Yeah, enjoyed being roasted while sitting on the couch.

I will never understand why people want to gamble and then be upset when they lose money. And to send a bad message to someone else (who went wrong there) for making a mistake in a game? Unacceptable.

I suspect these two idiots are even Ohio State fans, but just a few greedy ones based on the results of the game. Either way, I think they’ll get out very quickly… what you put online will stay with you forever.
