If nothing else, News about Scarlett and Colin brought people to the MoW site that they might not have otherwise visited, which, TBH, is a shame the people there did a tremendous job feeding the poor.
It’s easy to see why Scarlett and Colin chose to let Meals on Wheels break the story … they’ve been longtime supporters of the organization. Our representative told us the couple have been looking for creative ways to tackle the famine and the isolation of the elderly, especially as the pandemic is disproportionately impacting the population it serves.
The representative added, “We are so grateful that they have chosen to share their wedding focus with vulnerable elders across the country, illuminating their important needs and what Meal Eat on wheels to make sure no seniors are forgotten. “
