Are you the type of gamer who jumps to the options tab in every title to enable subtitles or adjust difficulty? You probably don’t need it on PlayStation 5 because the YouTube video uploaded by PlayStation Support reveals a new Game Presets feature on the next-generation console. In this section you can choose your preferred settings, such as the difficulty and whether you want to play in Performance or Resolution mode.
There also appear to be settings for First View and Third Person View, which we think will let you enable or disable reverse controls. Note for all of this that individual games will have to be programmed to read your system settings, but if Sony can encourage developers to do that, then this could be an improvement. Improve other great quality of life in the next generation console.
