Potential COVID-19 exposure notice

Location: Bowhall’s Family Store in Gouverneur, 23 Hailesboro St, Gouverneur
Date: Thursday, October 29, 2020
Time: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm-7:00pm

Individuals who stayed at The Bowhall’s Family Store in Gouverneur at the above location for the day and time listed are at risk of exposure to COVID-19.

If you believe you were at the site on Thursday, October 29 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and / or 5:00 pm-7:00pm, you should have your COVID- 19 and keep track of your feelings. Please monitor your temperature twice a day for 14 days. Call your healthcare provider for further instructions if you experience the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and

Those who ate meals at the Route 11 Restaurant in Gouverneur at the above location for the day and time listed were at risk of exposure to COVID-19.

If you believe you were at this site on Friday, October 30 between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., you should get a COVID-19 test and monitor your feelings. . Please monitor your temperature twice a day for 14 days. Call your healthcare provider for further instructions if you experience the following symptoms: fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
