According to someone knowledgeable about the matter, the Raiders were informed of the federation’s penalties, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the NFL did not give an official notice.

Brown is believed to have tested positive for coronavirus. The other four members of the Raiders Starting and Safety Attack Team Johnathan Abram went through 5 days of quarantine after they were classified as high risk of exposure. Abram then missed the October 25 defeat to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers while on quarantine, but the four attacking guides were back in time to play in that game. The NFL moved the game out of the “Sunday Night Football” timeframe and it was played earlier that day.
Brown was put on the Raiders’ covid-19 bench on Thursday.
