Mega Millions is played in 45 states, Washington DC and US Virgin Islands.
The New Jersey Lottery office in Lawrence is open to the public by appointment. You can still claim your winnings – as long as they’re less than $ 599.50 – directly at any retailer.
The lottery is also accepting mail requests, although officials have warned that payments may be temporarily delayed. The winner should make photocopies of the petition and the winning ballot for records.
