Ravens defender Lamar Jackson loves what he sees from training team’s Dez Bryant receiver.
Jackson said Bryant made a strong impression on the training ground and will be an important contributor to Ravens’ offense when he is called on to the active roster.
“Oh man, he’s a great long-distance runner, strong hands, he’s turned into the playbook; he always asks me questions about books – things like that, ”Jackson said, through USA Today. “He wants to compete. I just couldn’t wait until he went out there with us on Sunday and fully trained with us. “
Bryant hasn’t played in a single NFL game since the end of the 2017 season, so he has three rust years to eliminate. But Jackson seemed to believe Bryant would soon be ready to leave.
