The Iowa Department of Public Health releases the latest coronavirus data in real time. KCCI provides daily snapshots of the last 24 hours of stats. As of 10 a.m. on Sunday, the Iowa DPH website reported 152,604 confirmed statewide cases since the Iowa outbreak began. DPH confirmed an additional 4,213 COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours. Of Iowa’s 99 counties, 81 counties reported a 14-day affection rate above 15%. Only one county of Iowa, Ringgold County, reported a positive rate for 14 days below 10%. According to the state website, a total of 1,030,973 Iowa people received the COVID-19 test. The Department of Health reported 7,634 test results the day before, with 2,162 positive results. The state received lab test results from previous days to supplement the overall total. Iowa DPH said hospitals had received 181 new COVID-19 patients in the past 24 hours compared with 174 on Saturday. The mean positive rate reported byowa was 19.4% over the past 14 days.
