Prison officials said Friday, a prisoner from the prison in Lancaster County died from COVID-19 infection. Richard Young, 66, died on October 22 at Lancaster General Hospital. The officials said symptoms were reported on Sept. 2. He got a positive result for coronavirus two days later.
