The Texans announced that they had been informed of a positive test result on Wednesday night and that all their activity on Thursday would be virtual.
“In consultation with the NFL and health professionals, we made the decision to close the facility and proceed with all operations today,” the team said in a statement. “The player is immediately isolated and contact monitoring has commenced.
