Leaks are about to come The Samsung Galaxy S21 has been going viral on the Internet lately, prompting us to all advertise for Samsung’s upcoming flagship product. The rendered images show what the design and camera part of the Galaxy S21 Ultra will look like. Now, another leak, coming from the tipster Ice Universe (via SamMobile) tells us what upgrades to the S20 Ultra̵7;s primary camera sensor we can expect with the S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is said to bring a small upgrade to the main camera. It is rumored to have a 108MP primary sensor, but it will be the ISOCELL HM3, which is expected to give us 12% better light sensitivity. This means that the S21 Ultra will be able to capture more details in photos and in addition, it can help the S21 Ultra take low-light photos faster. The size of a single pixel is said to return to 0.8μm.
On top of that, Samsung is said to be ditching the 3D ToF sensor used in the Galaxy S20 Ultra and replacing it with the fast laser autofocus feature on the S21 Ultra. It is expected to provide better and faster focusing in images. Samsung has included laser autofocus in the Note 20 Ultra.
It is currently unclear whether the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with a quad-camera system or a penta camera.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a slightly improved version of the S20 Ultra. Using sensor HM3, single pixel is still 0.8um, 108MP, laser focus, no ToF.
