; is back – but, before Chip Gaines might scream, “It’s the day of destruction!” him and Joanna must hunt for the right projects … and that’s where you can help them.
The “Fixer Upper” reboot will come to the couple’s new Magnolia Network in 2021, but in the meantime they have already made a casting call to existing hosts in the Waco region looking for. A stunning home renovation.
To qualify, the host must live within 30 miles of Waco … although most fans of the show already know it. The new creases include having a remodel budget of at least $ 50k, handing all design and renovation decisions to Chip and Joanna … and being left blank during the renovation.
They expect that to start later this fall.

It was interesting … throughout the show 5 seasons of success on HGTV, last aired in April 2018, football-loving couple Baylor often scurry around town with their clients looking for a home they want to buy and renovate.
It seems around this time … they’re considering “only homeowners who have closed at home and / or currently live in their ‘Fixer Upper’.”
Projects will last between 30 and 35 weeks, so anyone selected will have to provide their own alternative housing. And, in case you’ve ever wondered … the furniture used to decorate the refurbished home is available for purchase at a discount after the major disclosure.
All hosts are expected to be picked by September 2020 … so visit email@example.com if you’d like to be considered. For those who just want to admire from afar … catch on when DIY Network becomes the Magnolia Network in 2021.
