A day after reviewing the new Xbox we are back with our PlayStation 5 impressions and surprisingly well, it’s also very good at playing great games at 4K. However, as Devindra Hardawar explains, details are where the comparison gets difficult. The PS5’s huge frame and odd shape make its stand a real necessity, but on the plus side, it has impressive exclusive titles right away to make better use of the capabilities. its, like Spiderman: Miles Morales.
It also comes with an impressive DualSense controller, with force-and-vibration feedback activation, which is a huge upgrade over the previous generation. Of course, not everything is perfect right out of the gate. For example, although Sony will allow gamers to plug in a third-party SSD to expand storage capacity, that feature is not ready yet, so there is no way to upgrade beyond 667GB of storage. Free storage initially.
