Adam Schefter of ESPN reports Dolphins is sending receiver Isaiah Ford to Patriots. The patriots are sending a seventh round option in 2022 for Dolphins, Jim McBride’s Boston Globe report.
In seven games this season, Ford has played 225 tackles, accounting for 51% of the team’s attacking plays. He has 18 catches in 184 yards.
Dolphins picked up Ford in the seventh round in 2017.
Commerce brings more playtime to Malcolm Perry, Lynn Bowden Jr. and Antonio Callaway, whose suspension ended this week.
