The Evolution of Faith
We have heard from countless community members who live for their “passion”, taking the time and effort to win unique Reputation Symbols with each new milestone and show off. Their Prestige level with the rest of the world. We know the thrill of chasing the coveted title Master of Prestige and the bragging rights that come with it in every new game.
We’ve also seen a significant portion of players – including veterans of the game Black Ops people who have been with us for a long time – people who usually choose Not to Prestige because they don’t want to lose access to Class Creation content they have worked so hard to unlock by reaching level 55. In addition, Post-launch Parts now offer kids Their own promotion path in BattlefieldWe’ve received feedback from players wanting to see their progress continue through the Sections in even more meaningful ways.
With all of this feedback, our designers began to create a new progression system based on all the elements players love about Prestige, with some exciting new improvements:
- Make progress to the Prestige Levels like never before without losing any of the content you already have.
- The best of both worlds: there’s always a new goal to pursue and your progress towards Prestige that continues to evolve over the Seasons.
- Each new Section offers more Prestige landmarks, new seasonal challenges to unlock, and more rewards to earn.
We call this the new system Seasonal reputationand it started with the launch of Black Ops’ Cold War. Here’s everything you need to know.
