Both were quarantined and put on a restricted list on Tuesday after it was known that both players were in violation of team rules by leaving the Chicago hotel on Saturday.
Plesac was expelled from the team on Sunday.
Words that Clevinger also broke the protocol was not given until he traveled home with the group, potentially leaving them infected with coronavirus.
Clevinger is scheduled to start Tuesday at home.
Instead, Adam Plutko has taken over, and if Tuesday night’s game shows any signs, the team has some work to do to overcome the distractions.

Plutko talked about the situation after the match.
