The woman caught at an Applebee in Ohio for a high-seat conflict had plenty of opportunities to avoid it … based on police cam body footage.
As we reported … Shannel Malcolm messing with restaurant staff after she said she was denied two dining chairs for her twin children. Welcome to 2020, where the police are called in on the high chair and the video shows Shannel’s absolute distrust as she sees the cops.
At first, she was not interested in explaining the side of her story. Instead, she pulled out her phone and as we reported … live stream the incident.

The official spoke to an employee, who explained that they were obeying the law by not allowing Shannel to have high chairs in her booth as it would be dangerous for her kids.
Applebee’s told TMZ … 2 tall chairs in one booth posed a risk of fire, so they offered her to sit at another table. They assume Shannel refuses and provokes a pregnant employer – and that’s why they call the police.
As for why was she arrested? Well, watch the video to see what happened after the officer kicked her out of the restaurant.
Shannel is arguing with other patrons, and completely challenging when the police try to get her to go with a ticket. That’s when handcuffs are brought out and, as we told you … she’s arrested for behavior that is disruptive and obstruct justice.
High chairs, friends. High chair.
