With standard AirPods on sale for the lowest $ 99 of all time (see below), why spend almost twice as much to get the AirPods Pro? I’ll make the arguments for better fit and sound much better, but really, it’s all about noise cancellation: These headphones block outside noise better than any other product. on the market.

They are also great for calls and offer excellent transparency. Do you want to exercise? AirPods Pro are resistant to sweat; The standard AirPods don’t.

Pro Tip: Use your Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card to get 5% back on this purchase, effectively lowering your price to $ 184.30. Don’t have that card? If you’re a Prime subscriber, grab it and score a $ 100 Amazon gift card. That would bring the initial price down to just $ 94, then $ 89.30 after a 5% refund. Read our AirPods Pro review.

Best buy

TCL is famous for Roku TVs and we prefer the Roku Smart TV system to the Android TV version in this TV, but for this price, you can only buy the Roku Streaming Stick Plus, attach it to this TV and still out the front . Aside from its smarts, we expect this 4-Series TV to perform “well enough,” just like the Roku equivalent.

Note that this level was $ 50 cheaper last week and so will likely repeat itself – but for now it’s still a really solid deal for 55-inch smart TVs.

Bose

If ever there was time to adjust the world, it is now. (Because you know, elections, pandemic, killer wasps …) Sure, there are newer over-the-ear noise-canceling boxes from Sony and even Bose, but darling This perennial likes was great when it launched and it’s still great now – especially at this price point, compared to the lowest price we’ve ever seen. (Initial list price: $ 350.) Read our Bose QuietComfort 35 II review.

It includes an active pen and can also wake up immediately after sleeping, one of the phone-like features it gets thanks to the support of Intel’s Project Athena.

This configuration features a 14-inch display with 4K resolution equipped with a 10th-generation Core i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD with 32GB of Super-fast Optane memory. A similarly configured Yoga C40 on Lenovo’s website costs $ 1,650, so the deal is even better than it looks. And it looked good. Read our Lenovo Yoga C940 review.

Normally $ 30, the new Fire Stick Lite for 2020 continues to get a big discount before Black Friday. This low-end streaming player offers 1080p video with HDR (but not 4K) support. The major missing apps are HBO Max and Peacock (currently), but the Alexa-enabled voice remote is top-notch. Read our Fire TV Stick Lite review.

The Echo Show 8 is simply a larger version of the Echo Show 5, but that makes it a better candidate for kitchens and other places where you might prefer a larger screen. (It’s definitely better suited for video calls.) This matches the lowest recorded price for this model.

Note that Amazon shows the date in stock as November 24, so head over to Best Buy if you’d like to have your item picked up immediately. Read our Echo Show 8 review.

New for 2020, the Apple Watch SE is the middle child of the Apple Watch lineup. It has the same basic design as the Series 6, but lacks that model’s always-on display, ECG functionality, and oxygen saturation measurements. The 40mm and 44mm models cost $ 279 and $ 309 at the Apple Store, but this weekend’s $ 50 sale is the first major holiday sale we’ve seen on this model. Read our Apple Watch SE review.

Eufy

You don’t need to spend hundreds to automate your home cleaning. The Eufy RoboVac 25C can be controlled via a mobile app or by voice with Alexa and Google Home. It is smart enough to distinguish between floors and carpets and can avoid stairs automatically.

Everything you need to know about Black Friday 2020

Black Friday 2020 is shaping up to be a very different kind of shopping experience from any weekend shopping holiday in recent memory. With the ongoing inventory problems due to the expansion process global pandemic – not to mention the need of retailers to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees – there will likely not be a crowd of customers expecting to line up for hours before a massive sale.

In fact, some of the stores will close on Thanksgiving this year, ending the long tradition of starting Black Friday sales before the turkey has a chance to cool off. These retailers have yet to announce plans for Friday, November 27, but we’ll update this post as we learn more about their holiday hours.

Additionally, all retailers listed below require customers to wear a face veil. Unless their policies change from now to Thanksgiving, otherwise, it is reasonable to assume that a face mask will also be required for Black Friday sales.
