Battlefield 6 have PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC with release window. Today, during its earnings call, Electronic Arts revealed that the new DICE Battlefield The game will release next holiday season. EA doesn’t mention the platforms, but if the game is a holiday 2021 game all just confirm that it will be released via the aforementioned next-generation console and PC. What is less certain, however, is whether it will be a true next-generation experience or a multi-generational game that also launches PS4 and Xbox One. During the earnings call, EA mentioned that DICE has a “real next-gen vision for the franchise”, which might hint that it will just be the next generation, but for now, let̵7;s consider this as speculation.
EA also noted that they received a “very positive” response from the internal testing process, which gave them confidence in the product. Meanwhile, it promises the installation will be “of unprecedented scale” and technical achievements only achievable with next-generation technology.
“DICE is creating Battlefield game of unprecedented scale, “said the game’s EA.” The technical advances of the new panel are allowing the team to offer a true next-generation vision for the franchise. We are running a hands-on play internally, and the team has received very positive feedback about the game when we started interacting with our community. “
Unfortunately, this is where the details end. However, EA notes that there will be more to say about the game in spring, perhaps when it will also be revealed.
EA first announced Battlefield 6 back in june. Since then, it has been silent on the title, which many believe it is in the very early stage of development and may have happened, however, the holiday release window of 2021 suggests it was Developed quite deeply in June.
Battlefield 6 is set to release worldwide on holiday 2021. At the time of publishing, there is no platform specific information and it looks like this will be our last update on the game. until at least March.
