5 ‘good for her’ horror and horror movies that you can go live for Halloween



Horror movies in October are amazing. This year, the spooky season might be a little different, but it’s not Halloween that doesn’t have the bone-cold movies to really scare you off at night.

But what if a horror movie scares you and cheering for the last protagonist? These five movies are numerous in that camp. They all have different levels of creepiness, but they all have one thing in common when it comes to the heroine: You will likely find yourself saying “Good for her” at the end of the movie.

1. ‘Ready or Not’

Ready or not debuted in 2019 and stars Samara Weaving as Grace, a woman married to a filthy rich family who has earned their fortune through board games. Her groom, Alex Le Domas (Mark O’Brien) is very Be ingenious about this family’s gaming traditions on their wedding night. Why? Because one of the possible choices involves a deadly game of hide and seek. Although Grace was initially very skeptical of the seriousness of the game, she quickly caught up.

2. ‘We’

One of Jordan Peele’s genius horror movies, We is about a family having a trip to a nice little beach house just to rest. However, they are attacked with their own doppelgangers and everything becomes very weird and bloody very fast. There’s a lot to unpack in this movie and to be honest, it takes the whole movie to absorb everything. But there are a few characters that make you say, “Good for her.” Or maybe not. But the many explanations and opinions are the beauty of this movie.

3. ‘Midsummer’

Summer Maybe “Good for her movie”. The film stars Florence Pugh as Dani, a traumatized young woman who is truly frustrated with a boyfriend. Despite that, he and his friends are heading to Sweden to attend a festival of a rural village, with permission from one of the friends who spoke. This horror movie not only succeeds in frightening viewers with midday images, but also amazes you.

4. ‘Jennifer’s body’

Jennifer’s body“Good for her” big moment could be at the end of the film, or it could also be the new big acceptance the film has received 10 years after its debut. It’s not properly marketed, but this movie is actually a commentary on the horrors women face and karma in general. It’s also hilarious, with a scenario killed by Junoby Diablo Cody. Plus Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried are truly iconic.

5. ‘Witches’

Finally Witch, which is probably the most horror movie on this list. It took place in the 1630s in New England when the east was newly colonized and religious enthusiasts and purists were all in existence. That haunted, creepy forest combined with that ferocious theology makes for a truly creepy movie – you guessed it – there’s a witch in it. Anya Taylor-Joy plays the lead role and it’s the perfect movie to really scare you off Halloween.
